At LifeBridge Health and Fitness, our fitness experts provide the right groundwork for you to achieve your goals through a personal assessment and program plan. The assessment includes body composition testing, flexibility testing, and aerobic capacity testing. The program plan integrates the results into a routine that’s tailored for you.

PAS and PEPS
As a new member, you’re entitled to a complimentary Personal Assessment (PAS) and Personal Exercise Program (PEP). The PAS is an hour appointment that provides a physical evaluation of your overall fitness. The PAS helps our trainer best design an exercise program for your level, which is done during an hour-long PEP session. Your program may include a variety of cardiovascular activity, strength training machines, free weights, and aquatic exercise.
