Our established teams of Certified Trainers, Exercise Physiologists, Physical Therapists, and Registered Nurses work together to provide a medically-based exercise program specific to your needs. Our holistic approach combines nutrition counseling, clinical education, and state-of-the-art exercise techniques in each program. All clinical programs are overseen by a Medical Director from the LifeBridge Health System and the LifeBridge Health and Fitness Medical Advisory Board.
Fitness

OnTrack
Tired of the same workout? Need some motivation? Get long term results by enrolling in our comprehensive 12 month training program, On Track. Improve yoru strength, agility, power, and balance through a personalized program tailored to meet your needs and goals. Includes: Comprehensive initial assessment Gait analysis and postural evaluation by physical therapist Cardiovascular disease risk evaluation Nutrition counseling by Registered Dietician Behavioral counseling Personal Trainer One-on-one instruction for your workouts every six weeks And more!
Postural Rehabilitation Program
Tired of joint stiffness and muscle spasms? Our Posture Rehabilitation program, coordinated by a specially trained Physical Therapist, will help identify the source of your problem through a comprehensive evaluation. A specific corrective treatment program, incorporating massage and exercise, will be developed over a series of three sessions.
Dance
Whether it’s swing, salsa, or ballroom, get your kicks in our special dance class offered every other month. Join BaltimoreÕs Best instructor, John Dawson, as he whisks you to being the next Astaire and Rogers.
Anatomy Academy
Take advantage of our being Baltimore’s premier hospital-based health and fitness facility. Join special lectures from the LifeBridge system on the hottest educational topics in medicine and wellness. Look in the monthly.

The Classic/ Lite Programs
